A virtual roadshow helped to secure business continuity and activate a sales strategy

In order to secure business continuity amidst Covid-19, Ramboll Sweden wanted to strengthen and activate the entire organization. Odd Agency designed, and helped lead, a virtual roadshow enabling direct contact between management, local leaders and employees.

Challenge:

As a geographically dispersed organization, Ramboll Management Team needed to find a way to strengthen the organization as well as activating a sales strategy meant to ensure business continuity.

Solution:

Odd Agency designed a format for a virtual roadshow enabling CEO and CCO to interact with all employees over the course of two weeks. All employees were invited and encouraged to ask questions and share their thoughts on the strategy going forward. The format also included involvement of local leaders who participated in hosting the roadshows.

Result:

The virtual roadshow enabled individual contribution and boosted confidence in the organization. In the time following the road show, Ramboll Sweden saw a significant increase in sales.

Connecting strategy to everyday behaviours

As part of a kick-off celebrating their 25th birthday, Life Europe wanted to enable engagement and commitment to strategic topics. Odd Agency designed and helped lead interactive sessions connecting strategy to everyday behaviours.

Challenge:

The leadership team of Life Europe wanted to enable company wide engagement with their new brand as well as strengthen their company culture across multiple countries.

Solution:

As part of a kick-off celebrating the 25th anniversary of the company, Odd Agency designed two interactive and purpose driven workshop sessions. Using a dialogic approach, all participants were enabled to share and engage with the topics. The sessions ran in parallel groups in the different countries and were led by country and regional managers, with support from Odd Agency.

Result:

The sessions led to a strengthened common view on strategic topics and helped translating the new brand into everyday behaviours. The period following the sessions demonstrated a clear improvement of results in focus areas for the workshop sessions.

Challenge:

Our client, a leading myster shopper firm, set out to explore new ways of measuring customer experience.

Solution:

Together we designed and hosted a customer experience lab. We looked at exisiting research and utilized methods for idea generation and co-creation to form a platform for exploring and developing ways to measure customer experience.

Result:

The lab resulted in a number of new CX measurements which were tested and in some cases implemented.

Enabling global knowledge transfer & discovery of business opportunities

A staff-exchange program proving that different time zones and languages are no problem for a true global player.

Challenge:

Our client, a global professional services firm, set out to collaborate in an initiative through which they could leverage their best-in class skills between their global regions. Focusing on Transport and Infrastructure, three regions wanted to find a way to enable knowledge transfer and exchange of best practices across three continents.

Solution:

Odd Agency designed and managed a new, global, form of staff-exchange program in which a number of selected participants visited and worked with their colleagues in other parts of the world. We led the process and coordinated different phases of the exchange. We also facilitated meeting sessions and worked with the global team using digital collaboration methods as well as networking theory.

Result:

The staff-exchange exemplified the possibilities and opportunities with new levels of global collaboration. It contributed to identification and realization of business opportunities as well as became a lasting platform for competence sharing across the regions. The individual participants gained technical insight, experienced collaboration across three continents and expanded their networks.
