A program designed to help you learn how to relearn

In a fast-moving world driven by rapid technological innovation, our jobs are becoming increasingly complex. Roles, hierarchies and careers are not as fixed as they once were. Now, more than ever, it is up to ourselves to ensure we know how to stay relevant and happy. We have designed a program that will help you do just that.
“The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn.” - Alvin Toffler, Futurist and Author
We have designed a unique Learn to Relearn program based on the latest research in the field of leadership and capability development. The program will give you proven tools, methods and insights on how to future proof yourself and stay relevant and happy in a changing work environment. Together we will challenge ourselves and others, look outside our box and inside ourselves – to become masters of our own development. The Odd Agency team of change leaders has extensive experience from supporting leaders and executing capability development programs in some of Europe’s leading firms and organizations. We help organisations and people to perform at their best, to continuously learn and thrive. The Learn to Relearn program offers you an opportunity to be part of a development process with participants from different industries and get access to a new learning eco-system to accelerate your learning. Join a group of motivated and curious professionals to explore the way of learning for the future!

About the progam
The program runs over 10 weeks and consists of a combination of virtual learning sessions (remote) and a live training day. It starts with an individual coaching call.
