We often set out to explore new opportunities together with our clients. Whether we are developing new products, services or experiences, or inventing new internal models or processes, the starting point is the same: there is a problem we are trying to solve (or an opportunity to seize, depending on your disposition).
When it comes to problem solving/opportunity sezing - there is one model, or thought process, that we have found to consistently provide great value - the Double Diamond design process.
It is eloquently described by the Design Council, a UK based enterprising charity working to improve people's lives through the use of design. If you are interested in service design you are probably already familiar with the model. Design gurus all over the world see it is a back bone to design thinking.
We use the process when designing set ups for creative work shops, but we also see it as a toolbox. Depending on which state you are in, different methods and tools come in handy. You will need one approach for defining which area to focus on and a different one to if you want to develop a service solution. Are you curious yet? Reach out to us and we can help you look at you this way of thinking can lift your workshops and meetings to a whole new level.
