People we are proud to be working with

We are proud to support one of our clients by running an introduction program for engineering & business talents. The program fosters international perspectives, builds business development capabilities and boosts the talents’ career. Have a look at the testimonials of last years participants.
WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff is one of the world's leading engineering professional services consulting firms. Based in more than 500 offices across 40 countries, they have unique global reach. In order to support a global mind-set while encouraging innovative solutions for their clients, WSP Sweden are hosting the International Introduction Program. As a part of the program a group of recent engineering and business graduates are selected to foster this international and innovative mindset. At Odd Agency, we have been working with the set-up of this program for four years. We are currently working with the 2017/2018-edition of the program. We are now on the look-out for brilliant minds with an engineering or business background for the next version of WSP Sweden’s International Introduction Program. Be inspired by the stories of Anna and Muaz, two of last year’s participants. (Videos in Swedish)

Every year HR Magazine ranks the most influential practitioners and thinkers in the field of HR. In 2016 Rob Briner made the top of the list - at Odd Agency we are not surprised that his work is being appreciated. Using evidence-based practices to turn Human Resources into the amazing force of change they are capable of being. Challenge your team, and yourself, to evaluate your work and be brave enough to pivot when evidence tells you to do so.
