Calling out the right conversations

High performing teams manage to strike the perfect balance between constraints of processes and freedom for imagination and aspiration. How do they do that? By having the right conversations, at the right time. One of our favourite team work models explains how .
The team performance model by Drexler and Sibbet covers the different stages teams experience. By combining process theory and traditional group theory, the model makes it clear that certain fundamental conversations are needed to be held in order for a team to become a high performing one.

This is just one of the models we use and practically apply to different team settings to help our clients move forward, whatever their end-goal may be. When knowing which signals, or symptoms even, too look for, one can identify indicate which stage a team currently is in and by that help them create necessary conditions to move forward.
